Summary of the survey conducted as part of the project "Ostrołęka – young people in the center"

 
As part of the project "Ostrołęka – young people in the center", the city's residents took part in a survey on the needs of young people and the directions of development of urban space. 370 responses were collected, in which participants shared their opinions about the planned Center for Youth Initiatives and ideas for improving the quality of life in Ostrołęka.

The vast majority of respondents supported the idea of creating the Centre and indicated the need to modernize green areas, especially in the area of the City Park and the Kwiatowe housing estate. Residents also drew attention to the importance of ecological activities, such as removing excess concrete and creating new recreational spaces.

Among the proposals, ideas for organizing workshops and events for young people, as well as the development of modern urban infrastructure, where the most common. The results of the survey confirm that the inhabitants of Ostrołęka want to actively co-create a city that is friendly to young people and open to new initiatives.
